A warm, child-centred counselling approach that helps your child feel understood, regulated and confident

Supporting emotional regulation, coping skills and healthy child development.

Family & Life Transitions

Major life changes, family conflicts or grief can feel confusing and heavy for young children. Wendi helps children navigate transitions such as separation, divorce or loss while maintaining emotional safety and stability.

Children are supported in understanding and expressing their feelings, building resilience, and developing healthy coping skills. Parents are included as partners, receiving guidance to help children feel grounded, connected, and supported at home and beyond.

Emotional & Trauma Support

Children often struggle to make sense of overwhelming emotions, stress, or difficult experiences.

Wendi provides a safe, supportive environment where children can express feelings, process trauma and develop emotional regulation skills. Through gentle, age-appropriate approaches, children learn to build coping strategies and increase resilience. Every session is tailored to their pace, needs, and comfort.

School, Anxiety & Neurodiversity Support

Many children face challenges at school, including anxiety, attention difficulties, or feeling different from their peers.

Wendi helps children understand their unique strengths, manage worries, and develop practical coping and problem-solving skills. Every child receives personalized guidance to build confidence, improve focus, and feel more capable both in the classroom and at home while also learning strategies to navigate challenges calmly and successfully.
